We specialize in multi-family properties across the United States, and we also handle commercial and residential projects, with a primary focus on the New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania markets.

Tony Kamand Jr., MAI leads our firm with nearly four decades of experience, having entered the appraisal field in 1986. Holding the prestigious MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, he is a State Certified General Appraiser in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. Tony's expertise extends nationwide, with involvement in appraisal projects in almost every state.

The Appraisal Institute offers both the MAI (commercial real estate) and SRA (residential real estate) appraisal designations. Designated members of the Appraisal Institute are known around the world for their knowledge and experience as well as their unbiased and objective approach to real property analysis. Achieving an Appraisal Institute professional designation is not easy. In fact, fewer than 15% of all licensed/certified appraisers in the World have earned the right to be called a designated member (i.e. MAI or SRA).

We take pride in our remarkable team of professionals dedicated to serving your real estate needs:

Lori Speranza - Lori has been with the company since 2000. She is in charge of day to day operations, as well as database administration and account receivables. She also assists in appraisal support and the management of the company. 

Jackie Marmur - is a State Certified General Appraiser in New Jersey, Illinois, North Carolina and Virginia. Jackie has a Bachelor of Science degree and a MBA degree from Rowan University.  Jackie does multi-family and commercial work throughout the United States. Jackie has been in the real estate industry as an appraiser since 2005 and is working towards her MAI designation.

Michael Rickett - is a State Certified General Appraiser in New Jersey. Mike has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Widener University.  Mike does commercial work throughout the northeast region with a specialty in restaurant and special use properties. Mike has been in the real estate industry as an appraiser since 2006.

Jessica Mazzetta - is a State Certified General Appraiser in New Jersey, California, Georgia, Michigan, Minnesota, Texas and Florida.  Jesse has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Delaware and Masters degree from Georgian Court University. Jesse does multi-family and commercial work nationwide. She may also has the most frequent flyer miles of any appraiser on the team. Jesse has been in the real estate industry as an appraiser since 2015 and is working towards her MAI designation.

Jacelyn Allen - is an associate appraiser and a licensed NJ real estate broker.  Jacelyn does both residential and commercial work throughout New Jersey and New York. She has been in the real estate industry since 2004 and is an active broker specializing in both residential and commercial properties in New Jersey. 

Irene DeGraw - is a State Certified General Appraiser in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics/Finance from Rutgers University.  Irene does commercial and residential work throughout the United States with a specialty in complex and unusual properties. Irene has been in the real estate industry as an appraiser since 1992.

Jaimie Stafford-Delany - is a State Certified General Appraiser who works on multi-family, residential, and commercial properties across the United States. Jaimie is State Certified in New Jersey and Florida and has a Bachelor of Science degree from Rider University. She does multi-family, residential and commercial work throughout the United States. Jaimie has been in the real estate industry as an appraiser since 2014.

Ken Zindel- transitioned to a full-time appraiser from a career as a math teacher. Ken had been involved in the appraisal world on a part time basis over the past ten years, but now is a full time appraiser. Ken has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics Education from Wilmington University. Ken has experience in multi-family and commercial work throughout the United States. 

Michael DeLuca, PH.D - is a State Certified Residential Appraiser in New Jersey and Florida, with academic degrees from the University of Alabama and Binghamton University. Mike has a Bachelor of Arts and Masters degree from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide) and a PH.D from Binghamton University.  Mike does multi-family, residential and commercial work throughout the United States. Mike has been in the real estate industry as an appraiser since 1999.

Tarik Scaranni - is a State Certified Residential Appraiser in New Jersey, specializing in multi-family and commercial work in the northeast U.S. since 2004.

Gabriel Vega - is a State Certified Residential Appraiser in New Jersey, focusing on multi-family and commercial properties, primarily in the tri-state area, and holds a B.S. from Full Sail University. Gabe has been in the real estate industry as an appraiser since 2019

Savannah Modrzecki - joined our team in 2019, assisting with database management and demographic research.

Maggie Kamand - has been with us since 2016, providing support and managing the company's social media presence.

Dillon Kamand - has been part-time with the company since 2018, helping with support and database management.

Georgina Mizzi - is a talented artist and designer who contributes to our daily operations and appraisal support.
